Usage tips
Use balls at least 15-30 minutes a day.
You can train your kegel muscles while you go about you daily activities. When the balls are inside, the muscles will hold the balls naturally, without any special effort.
Increase weight from lightest to heaviest.
To remove the balls, relax your muscles and pull the strap.
When your muscles are strong enough, try holding just the ball inside without the strap.
Increase the weight.
