      A. Local Delivery (within Singapore)

      For local delivery, please note that we engage third party courier companies and SingPost postal services.

      At present, we do not offer deliveries by Pick Lockers (Pick Network) and SnapMail.

         

      B. SingPost Speedpost Standard With Tracking Number

      SingPost will deliver to your doorstep within 2-4 working days if you select the ‘Speedpost Standard Local’ option as your preferred shipping method (free of charge if purchase is S$115.00 & above). If no one is at home to sign for the parcel, the postman will leave a note for you to collect it at your nearest post office.

      We do not know when, on which day or at what time your parcel will be delivered to you by SingPost. You can track the parcel at www.singpost.com with the tracking number provided.

              

      You may choose alternative courier services (provided by third party companies) for same day or next day delivery, as will be explained in subsequent sections. Please WhatsApp/SMS 98515156 if you have special instructions for the courier, e.g. take Lift A; call before delivery at doorstep as door bell not working; meet at letterbox at lift lobby; etc. 

      C. Delivery Zones and Surcharges

      Local delivery zones exclude Pulau Ubin, Jurong Island or areas & compounds (e.g. Military Bases, Ports, Shipyards, Airline Houses, Cargo Complexes, etc.) not admissible/accessible by unauthorised personnel.

      For delivery to Sentosa, we will have to impose an additional S$10 delivery surcharge, on top of existing delivery charges.

      For far flung, remote and outlying areas, the courier may impose, at minimum, a S$28.00 delivery surcharge.

      Note: In cases where a special request is made to leave your discreet parcel at the doorstep/shoe cabinet/office counter/hotel reception/condo concierge (or any other situation where the intended recipient does not receive the package in person), the recipient will bear the risk of the unattended delivery request, and must accept all liability and risk of loss, theft and damage to their package.

      D. Next Day Delivery

      The time slots available (time sensitive, and subject to availability for Sun & PH) are:

      1) 11am-3pm: 6pm (day before) cut-off time

      2) 2-6pm & 6-10pm: 8pm (day before) cut-off time

      Example: Your order was submitted at 2am on 10th Aug, but you chose the 'Next Day Morning: 11am-3pm' time slot for 10th Aug. In that case, we can only arrange for delivery at 2-6pm on 10th Aug or 11am-3pm on the following day, 11th Aug.

      *Note: Some delays can be expected during peak periods (e.g. Christmas), peak hours or traffic congestions or extreme weather conditions.

      E. Same Day Delivery

      Please take note that delivery slots for Same Day Deliveries are time sensitive and are limited by the resources available on that particular day. Delivery slots tend to be quite limited on Fridays, weekends, Public Holidays and their Eves in particular. This is due to tight schedules and low availability of external freelance couriers and vehicles. We will be in touch to confirm your delivery timeslot once your order is confirmed.

      The time slots available (time sensitive, and subject to availability for Sun & PH) are:

      1) 2-6pm: 12pm cut-off time

      2) 6-10pm: 4pm cut-off time (Not available on Sundays & Public Holidays)

      If you submit your order after the cut-off time stated above, we will not be able to accommodate your chosen time slot - as such, we will offer the next available time slot.

      Example: Your order was submitted after 12pm, but you chose the ‘2-6pm’ time slot. Unfortunately, we can only arrange for delivery between 6-10pm, as we need time to search for and book a courier.

      F. Same Day Express Delivery

      • Available Mon-Sat before 4pm; Sun & PH before 1pm;
      • Earliest delivery slot 2-3pm provided order is placed before 12pm
      • Min. 3-hour notice;
      • Min. purchase amount S$130.00

      For same day express deliveries, your order will reach its destination within 2-3 hours. A $28.00 fee is payable if you opt to use this delivery method.

        How to opt for Same Day Express Delivery:

        On the checkout page, navigate to the "Shipping Method" section and select “Same Day Express”. Please note that a minimum purchase of S$130.00 is required for this option to appear.

        If you would like to know whether Same Day Express Delivery is currently available, you may drop Benson a message at 98515156.

        Kindly give us at least 3 hours’ notice to make the necessary arrangements, thank you.

        H. Self-Arranged Delivery

        • Available Mon-Sat 12-6pm;
        • Not available on Sunday & Public Holidays;
        • Min. 1 hour notice;
        • Min. purchase amount S$50

        If you have a preferred courier that’s not listed under our local delivery options, (e.g. GrabExpress, Lalamove, etc.) you may make your own delivery arrangements. Please rest assured that your order will still be packed in a highly discreet manner.

        This option is highly recommended for customers who require specific delivery timings that our broad time slots are unable to accommodate. It enables greater control over pickup/delivery times, and allows you to include specific delivery instructions for your order. As an added perk, you’ll be able to arrange for a courier at cheaper rate for same day/express/urgent delivery.

        How to opt for self-arranged delivery:

        On the checkout page, navigate to the "Shipping Method" section and select “Self-Arranged Delivery”. Please note that a minimum purchase of S$50 is required for this option to appear.

        Kindly give us at least an hour’s notice before you send your courier to pick your order up. We will not make any shipping arrangements on your behalf, but will be in touch to verify your courier details and pickup timing once your order is confirmed.

        I. Hotel Delivery

        We deliver to hotels, serviced apartments, and any short-term stay locations in Singapore. Your registered first name, last name, room number (if available) and mobile number (local or overseas for WhatsApp) will be required. The courier will either drop your parcel off at the Concierge or meet you at the Lobby. 

        For hotels in Sentosa, there will be a $10 delivery surcharge

        Your parcel will be wrapped discreetly in plain and opaque brown, black or white packaging, without any indication of its contents, and no mention of our business name.

        J. Discreet Packaging

        As part of our commitment to your privacy, your order will be delivered in highly discreet packaging. To be specific, your items will be double wrapped in opaque, unmarked and unlabelled wrappings, then sealed up tightly. The content(s) of the package will be not be revealed to the assigned courier- you can count on us to maintain absolute confidentiality.

        K. Replacement for Out-Of-Stock Products

        While we regularly update the inventory of our online store, it is inevitable at times that items may go out-of-stock right as you make your purchase. This could be due to overwhelming response, and the fact that some products are being sold concurrently in both of our retail stores. 

        If the item you purchased is no longer available, we will- at the soonest possible time- notify you via WhatsApp/SMS, email, or phone call, to offer an alternative item of the same or higher value.

        L. Add a Note to Your Order

        If you have any special instructions for us, you can specify them on the Shopping Cart screen. As per the images below, kindly click the "Add a note to your order" section - a box labelled "Special instructions for seller" will appear. We will take note of these instructions and relay them to your assigned courier accordingly.

        Examples: "Do not call, WhatsApp only"; "doorbell not working call b4 delivery"; "meet at lift lobby A, do not deliver to doorstep".
