POPStation has a parcel weight limit of 30kg and maximum locker dimension of 42cm (width) by 37cm (height) by 61cm (depth). Locker sizes available at POPStation:

Medium: 42cm (w) x 23.5cm (h) x 61cm (d)

Large: 42cm (w) x 37cm (h) x 61cm (d)

Deliveries are available from Monday to Friday (9am to 10pm; no specific timing), excluding public holidays and weekends.


This is the most popular delivery method by our customers!  Over 97% of customers prefer this method of self-collection at their convenience.

POPStation is discreet.  You can pick up the parcel at your own convenience.  Moreover, the sender of the parcel will be printed as just "DV8 Trading" on the label.

All parcels will be discreetly packed in plain packaging without description of contents.


Information required:

1) Your preferred POPStation location as your delivery address at checkout (use your postal code at "Locate Us" to find your nearest POPStation);

2) Email address and local mobile number (both contact details are compulsory for Speedpost to send you a QR Code, Collection PIN and Locker Number at the POPStation);

Delivery by Speedpost:

1) Approximately 2-3 working days (not same day or next day; exclude weekends and public holidays);

    • We provide customers with a tracking number upon dispatch of their parcel.
    • It is the sole responsibility of the customer to track their parcel using the provided tracking number.
  • 4) No Tracking by the Company:
    • Our company does not undertake the task of tracking parcels on behalf of customers.
    • We do not provide updates or information regarding the status or whereabouts of parcels.
  • 5) Failed Parcel Collection:
    • If a parcel is delivered to the POPStation locker and customer failed to collect, it is the responsibility of the customer to liaise with Speedpost for re-delivery or other collection arrangements.
    • In case of any issues or inquiries regarding the delivery of the parcel, customers must directly contact Speedpost with the tracking number.
  • 6) Liability Limitation:
    • Our company bears no responsibility for any delays, losses, damages, or issues related to the delivery or non-collection of parcels.
    • By engaging in transactions with us, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms regarding parcel tracking and collection responsibilities.
