Return and Warranty Policy
Please read and choose the product carefully. All sales are final.
Kindly note that due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene, health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns, exchange and refunds. There can be no exceptions even if the packaging is unopened. This is in the interest of all our customers. Hygiene Guaranteed.
Our no return policy ensures customers can trust that no one else has ever touched or used a toy purchased directly from us.

While we only source for high quality products from the world’s leading manufacturers of adult pleasure products, we do occasionally receive defective products. (For brands with high defective rate, we will remove them from our listing.)
For this reason, we make sure to battery-test vibrators/products which require batteries or are rechargeable, this is to be certain that the product you have purchased is in good working condition before we pack it.
If the product is not in a good working condition, we will immediately dispose the product and will contact you with regard to a replacement product.
Please let us know in advance if you prefer not to allow our staff to battery-test your item, but if you receive it and it does not work, we are unable to take it back.
We will ensure that all products ship out are in good working conditions. If you have received a product that you believe has manufacturer's defect, please let us know via text message or email within the same day of purchase.
You can then take the faulty/defective item(s) to our store. No on-site exchange or warranty. If unable to come to our store in person, customer has to pay for postage or delivery service. We will inspect and assess whether a manufacturing fault/defect is present. If so, we will offer an exchange of the same products; if unavailable, for an alternative product of equal value. Proof of purchase in the form of order invoice number, receipt or credit card statement is required.
Note: Only items with 'Safety Sealed' from manufacturers will not be opened and battery-tested.
For products which stated a one-year warranty, we cover only manufacturing defects within first 14 days from the date of purchase. Kindly email the manufacturer's "Customer Support/Care Team" for that particular defective product after 14 days from the date of purchase.
We reserve the right to reject such defective/faulty products that we ascertain to be damaged by improper use or misuse, or due to incidental or accidental damage by the user(s).
We recommend that you register your products with the manufacturers, if the products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Please keep the box/packaging, as information like "Serial Number" maybe required.
By way of making a purchase in our store, you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
