The Hegar Urethral Double ended Sounds Kit is an urethral dilator sound set with a full set of 8 sounds. Sounds are medical instruments designed for insertion into the urethra, the tube connecting the bladder with the outside world.

I bought the Hegars. Very pleased. Very. I needed damn near the full length of these buggers to get to my prostrate, which is a new experience for me; one that I will definitely be revisiting. Interesting and surprising. However, I"d like to make a number of observations about the product details given on the site for people thinking about buying them.
The Hegar details say they range in size from 13FR to 43FR (2.5mm to 14mm). FR is a French and it"s 0.333mm, so the more accurate conversion is (4.3mm to 14.3mm). The complete list of 16 sizes are accurately stated in FR (they go up in steps of 2FR). The length is given as 25cm. Mine are 28.5cm in a straight line from tip to tip.
One important thing not mentioned in the details is the weight. I was worried I might get hollow, light weight wands, but whatever I did get are heavy enough to slide gracefully in under their own weight.
I have had these for some time now and can only say they are awesome...
