This thing is designed to allow more easy retrieval after inserting. Most have a drastic ridge after the bulb. I am a little too narrow still, but working on it. Its about 12 to 13mm wide. which a little wider than advertised. the beginniing of the insert is a little too sharp, though does not seem to hurt but keep it in mind when inserting and make sure everything is lined up straight

I got this wanted to stretch more than I had before. This will stretch your pee hole out. What I like is the Gradual taper after the large bump. Better for getting out. Others have a more taper end and once it is in, its hell trying to get out where this one will come back out with nearly as much effort as it was to get in. The slow taper will stretch out your Pee Hole. Big enough that your other can use there little finger to do a job on you if that is your wish.
