Made from high quality, polished steel that is nonporous and extremely hygienic. The Metal Worx Double Trouble has a shape reminiscent of two fingers and a thumb with a hole/handle giving you a good grip on the action. I have to say, I was rather hesitant in using this(it is a birthday gift). However, once I have use it, it is a blardy cool toy. When inserted, the Double Trouble will apply pressure to the prostate due to the overall size of the fingers. You can pull the toy out slightly to position the tip properly.
Initially, I was concerned about the angle between the fingers and the thumb. However, the toy fit very comfortably, even when fully inserted. The bulky shape added some nice girth inside my ladyfriend (and later, my own butthole), though I have to say that the shape did feel just a little bit odd. Not bad, just odd. The design is to simulate a "2 in the pussy, one in the ass" model (or vice-versa) and there"s really no simple way to do it. Once inserted, it was not really possible to thrust the toy due to the size and weight. Instead, I found it worked better to use either a rocking motion or slow, short strokes. The weight of the toy is very nice and adds to the feeling of fullness.
