A. Local Delivery (Within Singapore)
For local delivery, we engage third-party courier companies and SingPost postal services.
Please note: We currently do not offer deliveries via Pick Lockers (Pick Network) or SnapMail.
B. SingPost Speedpost Standard (With Tracking)
SingPost delivers to your doorstep within 2–4 working days when selecting 'Speedpost Standard Local' (Free for orders S$115.00 & above). If no one is available to sign, a collection slip will be left for pickup at your nearest post office.
Parcel delivery times are managed directly by SingPost. Track your parcel anytime at www.singpost.com using your tracking number.
Special Courier Instructions? Please WhatsApp 89970318 with specific delivery requests (e.g., "Take Lift A", "Call upon arrival / doorbell broken", "Meet at lobby").
C. Delivery Zones & Surcharges
Standard local delivery excludes Pulau Ubin, Jurong Island, and restricted compounds (e.g., Military Bases, Ports, Shipyards, Airline Houses, Cargo Complexes).
- Sentosa Delivery: Additional S$10.00 surcharge.
- Remote / Outlying Areas: Minimum S$28.00 surcharge.
Unattended Delivery Request Note: If requesting to leave parcels at doorsteps, shoe cabinets, reception desks, or concierges without personal receipt, the recipient assumes all risk and liability for loss, theft, or damage.
D. Next Day Delivery
Available time slots (subject to courier availability on Sun & PH):
- 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Order cut-off by 6:00 PM (previous day).
- 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM & 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Order cut-off by 8:00 PM (previous day).
Example: If an order is submitted at 2:00 AM on Aug 10 choosing 'Next Day Morning (11am–3pm)', delivery will be scheduled for 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM on Aug 10, or 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM on Aug 11.
*Minor delays may occur during peak festive periods, severe weather, or heavy traffic.
E. Same Day Delivery
Slots are limited by daily courier capacity, particularly on Fridays, weekends, Public Holidays, and Holiday Eves.
- 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM Slot: Cut-off at 12:00 PM.
- 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM Slot: Cut-off at 4:00 PM (Unavailable on Sundays & Public Holidays).
Orders placed after cut-off times will automatically be moved to the next available delivery slot.
F. Same Day Express Delivery
- Availability: Mon–Sat (before 4:00 PM) | Sun & PH (before 1:00 PM).
- Earliest Slot: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM (Orders placed before 12:00 PM).
- Requirements: Min. 3 hours' notice | Min. purchase S$130.00 | Fee: S$28.00.
Parcels reach their destination within 2–3 hours once dispatched.

G. Ninja Van Delivery

H. Self-Arranged Delivery
- Available: Mon–Sat (12:00 PM – 6:00 PM) | Unavailable Sun & PH.
- Requirements: Min. 1 hour notice | Min. purchase S$50.00.
Arrange your own preferred courier service (GrabExpress, Lalamove, etc.) for precise pickup timing. Orders remain strictly packaged in discreet, unbranded wrapping.
How to order: Select "Self-Arranged Delivery" at checkout. Kindly WhatsApp your courier tracking link to 89970318 prior to pickup.
I. Hotel & Short-Term Stay Delivery
We deliver to hotels, serviced apartments, and short-term stay locations in Singapore. Please provide your full name, room number (if assigned), and local/WhatsApp contact number.
Couriers can meet at the lobby or drop parcels off at the concierge. (Note: Sentosa hotels incur a $10 delivery surcharge).
J. Discreet Packaging Guarantee
Your privacy is our highest priority. All orders are double-wrapped in opaque, unmarked, and unlabelled packaging without any mention of our business name or product contents. Couriers have zero visibility into what is inside your parcel.
K. Replacement for Out-of-Stock Items
If an ordered item becomes unavailable due to concurrent store sales, our team will promptly contact you via WhatsApp, phone, or email to offer a suitable replacement of equal or higher value.
L. Adding Order Notes
Add custom delivery instructions on the Shopping Cart screen by clicking "Add a note to your order".
M. Self-Collection
