📦 Logistical Privacy & Packaging Protocol

At LoveisLove / U4Ria, your personal privacy and confidentiality are of the utmost importance to us. You can shop in complete confidence knowing that all local shipments within Singapore are handled with absolute discretion:

To protect your privacy at checkout, all online secured payments and credit card transactions are billed discreetly under our registered corporate name, "DV8 Trading". The name "Love Is Love" will not appear anywhere on your bank statement or financial records.

1. PLAIN & DISCREET PACKAGING

All parcels are securely dispatched in completely plain, opaque packaging. We utilize plain black/grey polymailer bags, neutral white packaging, or plain brown paper wrappers.

  • There are absolutely no storefront logos, branding elements, or product descriptions on the exterior of the package.
  • Your delivery courier or postal officer will have no knowledge of the specific items contained inside.

2. NEUTRAL COURIER MANIFESTS

To ensure total privacy during transit, we completely omit our public business name and any item descriptions from the exterior shipping documents.

  • The attached shipping slip strictly lists only your destination logistics: your name (or initials), delivery address, and contact number.
  • For all automated postal and courier labels, the sender's name is strictly printed as "DV8 Trading".

3. DISCREET POPSTATION SELF-COLLECTION

For maximum confidentiality, customers can opt for self-collection via SingPost POPStations across Singapore:

  • Your parcel is delivered to your preferred locker location within 2-3 business days.
  • A valid email address and local mobile number are required at checkout so SingPost can securely send your collection QR Code, PIN, and Locker Number directly to you.

4. HOTEL & SPECIAL DELIVERIES

We routinely facilitate private deliveries to hotels, serviced apartments, and short-term stay locations across Singapore:

  • Please provide your registered full name with the hotel, reservation/room number, and hotel address for seamless concierge verification.
  • Packages can be securely dropped at the hotel reception/concierge desk, or coordinated via SMS/WhatsApp to meet the courier directly in the lobby lounge.
  • Note: Local delivery zones exclude restricted areas, military bases, Pulau Ubin, and Jurong Island. Standard localized surcharges apply for Sentosa entries ($10).

5. UNATTENDED DROP LIABILITY

Customers may request custom delivery drop instructions during checkout using the "Add a note to your order" field (e.g., "Leave in shoe cabinet," "Drop at condo concierge," or "Do not ring doorbell").

  • Please Note: In cases where an explicit instruction is provided to leave a parcel unattended at a doorstep, shoe cabinet, counter, or concierge, the recipient bears the full structural risk of the unattended delivery and accepts all liability for any subsequent loss, theft, or environmental damage to the package.
